This year, we are acknowledging three longstanding Coquitlam Youth Theatre (CYT) members who are graduating from the program.

• Yvette Dunham (a member for the past 5 years) is pursuing her love of theatre by studying theatre at the Arden Theatre School in Manchester England;
• Ariel Wang (a member for the past 5 years) is going on to study English Literature at the University of Toronto; and
• Ryan Coghill (a member for the past 6 years) will be continuing his studies at Simon Fraser University.

Through their time in the program, they have discovered their passion for the written word, the impact of performance, developed their empathy for others and have grown in confidence.

We wish all three of you, and everyone graduating this year, the best in your endeavours!

Place des Arts is calling emerging theatre artists ages 13 – 17 to audition for the 2022/2023 Coquitlam Youth Theatre (CYT) company. Auditions take place on Saturday, June 18 at Place des Arts, 1120 Brunette Avenue, Coquitlam. Review this auditions package and fill out the form. Once your Audition Form is received, you will be contacted to book an audition time.
