*Our Leonore Peyton Salon is a multi-purpose space that houses exhibitions as well as classes, performances and meetings. The hours posted above are subject to change; therefore, to avoid disappointment, we recommend that you call ahead for viewing availability, as we are unable to interrupt classes, etc. to allow for exhibitions viewing.

Directions to Place des Arts

Drivers can use exit 40B on Highway #1 then proceed east on Brunette Avenue. See map for location overview.

Transit users can get to Place des Arts by taking bus 153 or 156 from Braid Skytrain Station or bus 157 from Lougheed Town Centre.

Free on-site parking is available on the east and west sides of the building, as well as underground via the east parking lot entrance. At peak times or on event days, it may be difficult to find a parking spot; therefore, please leave ample time prior to your class or event start time in case parking is limited. There is ample additional free parking very nearby in the following locations:

  • At Mackin Park on King Edward Street
  • On Begin Street
  • On James Avenue
  • On the north side of Brunette Avenue

Drop-off Zone

If you are dropping off or picking up a student, you are welcome to use the drive-through, drop-off zone in front of the main entrance.

  • Do not park or stop for extended periods in the drop-off zone. It must be accessible to emergency vehicles.
  • Do not block the drop-off zone by double parking (ie, side by side).

Directions and Parking for the Evergreen Cultural Centre

The Evergreen Cultural Centre is located at 1205 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam. Parking is available in the lot off Pinetree Way, or behind the centre off Guilford Way.
