Each month, Place des Arts recognizes an outstanding volunteer through our Volunteer of the Month program. The Volunteer of the Month receives recognition on our website and in our volunteer e-newsletter.
Current February 2026 Volunteer of the Month: Yumi Lee
As the current President of the Youth Arts Council (YAC), Yumi has demonstrated outstanding leadership, dedication, and care in supporting both the council and the broader Place des Arts community.
Her hard work behind the scenes has played an essential role in ensuring the Youth Arts Council’s Family Day activity ran smoothly and successfully. From coordinating details to supporting her peers, Yumi approaches every responsibility with thoughtfulness, organization, and a calm, steady presence.
Yumi, thank you for your leadership, your reliability, and the energy you invest in strengthening our Youth Arts Council. We are grateful for all that you contribute to Place des Arts.
