On Thursday, December 3, 2020, the BC Provincial Health Order was updated. The order allows us to resume in-person dance programs for people under 19 years of age, stated as follows: 

Youth extracurricular activities 

Structured extracurricular activities and programs for people under 19 years of age can continue to operate with a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place and must be supervised by an adult.  These include:  

• Education Programs
• Music
• Art 
• Dance
• Drama
• Recreational programs
• Outdoor fitness
• Social activities

Effective Monday, December 7, 2020, all Place des Arts’ in-person dance class(es) for students under 19 years of age will resume!  

Note: All adult dance classes will remain online.  All dance classes held at Evergreen Cultural Centre will also remain online.
