Place des Arts created our Youth Arts Council (YAC) to encourage local teens to engage with the arts community. This dedicated group of teen volunteers meets regularly from September to June to organize and host two youth-oriented events each year and advise Place des Arts on teen engagement.

As a member of YAC, you will:

• Receive mentorship from Place des Arts staff and local arts professionals
• Gain hands-on experience planning events and working together
• Develop important skills like leadership, communication and teamwork
• Receive a reference letter
