Place des Arts’ Flying Colours is Coquitlam’s first and only multidisciplinary arts summer camp for students with developmental and physical disabilities. As the only camp of its kind in Coquitlam, Flying Colours provides a rich, arts-infused environment where young participants can explore their creativity through music & movement, visual arts, and more, guided by arts educators, volunteers, and support workers. This year, we are excited to hold classes led by certified music therapist Christina Neale and visual artist and educator Matin Komeili. These specialized classes will help support each camper’s self-expression, coordination, and sensory development, creating a holistic and immersive arts experience.
