On Sunday, April 5, online registration for our Summer Fun! Art Camp will be open at 7 am.  Please view the guide here.  At this time, we will not be offering in-person or by phone registration. 

COVID–19 has brought a lot of uncertainty to our lives, and that is why we want to give our families the opportunity to plan their summer with us, while removing the financial risk. Therefore, we have implemented the ability to defer payment on our registration site for our Summer Fun! Art Camp and other summer programs.  

This feature allows you to register for Summer Fun!, secure your spot in the camp and defer payment until June 23, when fees will be collected in full. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 updates, and keep you informed regarding the status of camp as information becomes available.  

How does it work? 

• When you register for a camp class, a “Payment Plan” pop-up window will ask you to agree to the payment plan which will defer payment. This pop-up window will appear each time you register for a class.   
• When you have completed your registration and are ready to checkout, ensure that the “Use payment plan” option is selected and not “Pay in full”  
• In the check-out window, you will be asked for your credit card information. This is the card that will be charged on June 23. The total amount due at the time of registration will be $0.00.  On your receipt, you will see the total balance amount owing that will be collected on June 23.   

While you are not paying at the time of registration, you have either been registered in the class or placed on the waiting list if the class is full.

You can confirm you are registered in the camp class(es) by viewing your receipt and your Family schedule (details on how to view your Family Schedule are in the 2020 Summer Fun Guide on page 7). This schedule will show every class you are registered in as well as what you are waitlisted for.
