Exhibitions

Place des Arts houses three gallery spaces in which we are proud to exhibit the work of local emerging artists. Exhibitions change monthly, and artworks are generally for sale with proceeds directly supporting Place des Arts and the exhibiting artists.

Current Calls for Artists

Place des Arts Student Exhibition – Deadline extended until April 29 at 5:00pm

Place des Arts seeks submissions from students of all ages registered in a visual arts session class or workshop during the 2018/2019 season for the 2019 Place des Arts Student Exhibition in the Atrium Gallery from June 7-June 26, 2019.

The application deadline for exhibiting at Place des Arts during the 2019/2020 exhibition season has passed. Check back here in late summer 2019 for the 2020/2021 exhibition season application.

Positively Petite: Annual Miniature Exhibition

Our annual Positively Petite exhibition showcases petite artworks created by local artists in a variety of art mediums. Interested artists can check back here in the summer for the application for the 2019 Positively Petite exhibition.

Are you an artisan interested in selling your work in our Artisan Shop?

Artisans are welcome to apply to enter their work in our Artisan Shop, which is open year-round, or during our Christmas Boutique held each November and December.

Acceptable items must be finely handcrafted and locally made. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate photographs, prints or paintings, and we are at capacity with hand-made cards and jewelry.
