Daria Banu

Daria Banu is a graduate from the University of British Columbia’s Theatre & Film BFA acting program. Previous projects include: Western Gold’s Mystery at Greenfingers Hotel (Clara Packer), Gateway Theatre/Ruby Slippers Theatre Company’s Les Belles-soeurs ( Ginette Minard ). UBC: Wives & Daughters (Cynthia Kirkpatrick), Love & Information (Ensemble), Savage In Limbo (Linda Rotunda). Daria would like to thank everyone involved in the making of this wonderful celebration.

 

Emily Grace Brook

Emily is a Writer/Actor/Producer, trained in The Vancouver Film School’s Writing for Film and Television program, who has written two short films: Work Bites (2013) and The Specials (2015). The Specials has been screened internationally in Austin, Texas. It was also awarded “Best North American Comedy Short” at the 2016 Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival. She made her theatre debut as “Jess” in the 2019 Real Wheels production of Act of Faith.

 

Isaac Li

Isaac is an actor and producer, based in Burnaby. Recent acting credits include Anon(ymous), Antony and Cleopatra, Cabaret, Mortified (Studio 58); Of Mice and Men (Promethean); Cinderella: Panto (Metro); Love’s Labour’s Lost (Alchemy). He is also a co-founder of Promethean Theatre and a graduate of Studio 58.

 

Anjela Magpantay

Anjela works freelance as an actor, director, clown, teacher and collaborator with various artists of different disciplines. She has worked internationally as a performer and collaborator in Hong Kong and across the UK. Recent credits include Walking at Night By Myself (A Wake of Vultures), The Wolves (Withaspoon Theatre and Pacific Theatre), Foreign Radical (Theatre Conspiracy), Mis Papás (Rice&Beans Theatre) and Harvey (Western Gold Theatre). Anjela is a Co-Founder of New(to)Town Collective and currently specializing as a Cultural Consultant in multilingual Filipinx plays. Anjela lives on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. She holds a BFA in Theatre Performance from Simon Fraser University.
