Looking for something creative to do with the family? Join us for an art-filled afternoon with hands-on activities for all ages led by talented artists.

At this free event, explore our current exhibitions, experiment with art mediums and discover the performing arts! Take home any creations made during the event. Pre-registration is encouraged.

Reserve tickets for every member of your family who will be in attendance (i.e. if you are attending with 3 other family members, please reserve 4 tickets).

• Yarn Wall Hangings with Catherine Dumaine (Room 202)
  Come and explore our wonderful selection of colourful yarns as you create your own unique boho-inspired wall hanging. Let your creativity shine while designing a beautiful piece of handmade décor to take home. 
• Stamp Your Own Bookmark with Molly Gray (LPS)
  Create a one-of-a-kind bookmark using our collection of fun and decorative stamps. Mix and match designs, colours, and patterns to make a personalised keepsake perfect for your next great read. 
• Fall Forest Collage with Clarissa Banos (Room 109) 
  Celebrate the colours of fall by creating a layered forest collage. Explore shapes, textures, and mixed media techniques to design a one-of-a-kind woodland artwork inspired by nature.
• Explore Jazz Dance with Amanda Lau (Dance Studio- Room 103) 
  Join us for an introduction to jazz dance! Explore upbeat choreography and enjoy moving to great music together. No experience necessary. 
• Artist Demonstration by Ming Bin Huang (Atrium)
  Join artist Ming Bin Huang for a live demonstration of Chinese brush painting. Discover the techniques, artistry, and cultural traditions behind this timeless practice while enjoying the artist’s current exhibition on display.
