Terence van der Woude is proud to serve the betterment of our society through his volunteer work at Place des Arts. After an 18-year career in the performing arts based in Vancouver, he joined the board of Place des Arts in 2012 with a goal to give back to his local community with his industry knowledge.

Terence is passionate about the value and necessity of the arts as a fabric of our society and is thrilled to be (a small) part of a great contributor to Coquitlam’s growing arts community through Place des Arts.

Terence is now a Financial Planner with IG Wealth Management and about 70% of his clients work in the arts. He happily lives in Maillardville with his wife and two ‘tween children.
