A musician since a very young age, Evan has played a wide variety of music styles and instruments. He has a wealth of experience playing and teaching double bass, electric bass and cello with symphony orchestras, jazz or folk ensembles and touring with both rock and country bands. His talent and professionalism have given him the opportunity to perform with many accomplished musicians across North America, Europe and Asia. 

He believes that music is a fundamental part of life and every student can grow through practice and encouragement.
