Artist Statement

Painting is my passion and my mediums of choice are watercolour and acrylic. I paint primarily in a representational manner and I am drawn to the figure, wildlife and landscape subjects. I love the abstract shapes found in our environment and nature and that draws me in and inspires me. Mixing these two elements helps me create what I see and feel. As an artist, I hope to stir a reaction in those who see my work.
