Life is very chaotic. SO chaotic that sometimes I feel as if there’s no control at all. The process of making art, specifically ceramics because of how hands-on it is, even if the art itself contains bits of chaos, gives me a sense of control. Even though the process really is only meant for myself, I love to give my art to other people. My art isn’t really meant to have any sort of deep meaning or major benefit to the world, but I create it with the hope that it makes people smile. I’m an artist who grew up watching a lot of cartoons, and I take a lot of inspiration from the cartoons I watched as a kid and put them into my art, sometimes even trying to give it a 2D visual style.
Until the 10th grade, the only art I ever did was just drawing, I had never even touched ceramics, but once I decided to give a class a try, I got hooked; I love how I can make basically anything that comes to mind, and I love to make my 2D art come to life in a 3D space. Once I graduate high school, I hope to continue with my passion for both 2D and 3D art, whether it’s personally or professionally.
