Landscapes, portraits and abstract paintings have the power to evoke joy and wonder in people of all ages, and this exhibition celebrates that magic. As lifelong artists, Puneet and Andrew have found happiness and fulfillment through creating and experiencing art. This sense of childlike excitement has fueled their individual practices and formed the foundation of their creative partnership.
Puneet’s experience as an art teacher and Andrew’s journey into parenthood have given each a unique perspective on the importance of creativity in a child’s development. Through teaching, Puneet has witnessed firsthand how artistic expression can unlock imagination and confidence in young minds. Meanwhile, Andrew’s experience raising his child has revealed the everyday wonder and challenges children face while growing up. These experiences have deeply influenced their work, which serves as both a visual invitation to explore creativity and a symbolic reflection on the emotions, growth and resilience children encounter in their daily lives.
Through vibrant colours, playful compositions and thoughtful themes, their paintings aim to inspire future artists, encouraging curiosity and self-expression. At the same time, the works gently touch on topics such as resilience, belonging and growth—offering layered meanings that resonate with viewers young and old.
Together, Puneet and Andrew present a cohesive collection that reflects their passion for the arts and their belief in its transformative power. They hope this exhibition sparks creativity, inspires exploration and reminds all who view it—especially the next generation—of the joy and importance of artistic expression.
