Holding On & Letting Go refers to the complex emotional process of grieving for the loss of loved ones. It signifies the tension between preserving the memories and feelings associated with the person who passed away and finding a way to move forward and adapt to life without them.

Grief is a natural response to loss, and it is not a linear process. People may find themselves oscillating between holding on to cherished memories and the pain of the loss and letting go by accepting the reality and making space for new experiences and emotions.
