I can’t imagine a life where I don’t know how to tap dance.  Self-expression and creativity have been a constant in my life since I was a little girl, exploring the world through movement.  When I’m not teaching or mothering, you can find me at Shadbolt Centre in Burnaby doing modern dance with a community dance company called Continuum.  The balance of my creative time is spent writing, drawing and painting.  If I can be outside, I will and I love to collect and draw the natural world.  I am inspired by how nature shows us what it means to exist in the grand cycle of life.  To be human is to change, to move and to create.
