Biography

Buerg Ude is a Mongolian, independent documentary film producer and director with a focus on Northeast Asia.

Artist Statement

Mongolians living in China are one of the so-called “minorities”. Mongolia has a very unique culture and history. Naadam shows a modern Mongolian young man, wearing sunglasses, wandering in Naadam, a traditional Mongolian festival and bazaar. Left Over captures an abandoned primary school campus in Inner Mongolia, where statues of 4 famous people were left on a crashed national flag base.
