Biography

Working in the field of architecture, Viktorija has been working towards expression beyond the typical rigid lines she is used to. Watercolours and the challenges they hold have allowed her to break from the rigid and play with spontaneity. She has witnessed how one-of-a-kind art brings people joy and hopes to share that experience with everyone.

Artist Statement

Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty British Columbia has to offer, I let the subject take shape beyond the physical. Starting with watercolours, then growing towards the dance of multiple art mediums, these pieces are an ongoing exploration of the natural environment. As the cycles of the moon rule the skies, so do the cycles of the flower blooms.
