Nader Kamali – Piano (Junior Piano Teacher)
Nader has studied piano with Marjory Purdy at Place des Arts for almost 10 years and is currently preparing to complete the grade 9 exam. He has been awarded Medals of Excellence from Conservatory Canada for the highest mark in British Columbia for both piano and theory. He has also received the Elliott Harty Scholarship in 2015, and the Leonore Peyton Memorial Award in 2016. Nader has also participated in many music festivals and masterclasses.
Nader is a grade 11 student at Charles Best High School where he plays clarinet and saxophone in both the concert and jazz band. Nader is excited to share his passion for music with other kids who, like himself, want simply to experience the joy of learning music.
